Fruit, Vegetables, Cheese & Meat Preparation & Preservation
Preserving fruits, vegetables and meat for the winter time is a long tradition in Romania kept for generations. The ecosystem Carpathian Garden offers a great variety of natural ingredients – probably one of the last remaining ecosystems in Europe. Discover the art of preparing and preserving natural food in our Artisan Food Workshops in the sunny regions of Dealu Mare and Buzau valley. We only use ingredients picked in the surrounding orchards and forests or produced by small farmers.
