About Grigorescu Mansion

Conacul Grigorescu is a Slow Food destination in the UNESCO Global Geopark Buzău Land, created for guests who want more than a meal: a farm-to-table experience brought together in one beautiful, relaxed place: on a restored estate, around a historical 1930 mansion with large garden, renovated and partially rebuilt over 10+ years.

Savoare la Conac cu Juranda is the recipe blog of Conacul Grigorescu's chef and co-owner. Interactive Food Hub

Romania's first Interactive Food Hub with digital storytelling and full ingredient traceability—uniting farm-to-table, a Slow Food store, and an educational farm. See it. Scan it. Taste it. Take it home: each meal reveals local producers, recipes, and cook-at-home kits.

Buzau River Educational Farm

Currently under construction (Opening in 2027): A 10-minute walk from Conacul Grigorescu, the Buzău River Educational Organic Farm overlooks the river and a Natura 2000 protected area. With a vegetable garden, orchard, and mini-animal farm, it will offer hands-on learning about sustainable farming and local ecosystems.
