Most team off-sites look the same. Ours does not. Conacul Grigorescu offers a working space with real character — a renovated rural estate around a 1930s manor house in the UNESCO Global Geopark Buzău Land, 110 km from Bucharest — combined with a Slow Food table that gives people something to talk about long after the meeting ends.
Buffet — at your own pace
For corporate events we serve all menus as a generous Slow Food buffet. Guests help themselves during breaks, between sessions, or in a dedicated lunch window. The rhythm of the day is yours, not ours.
Everything is pre-prepared with care: artisanal breads, cheese and charcuterie from local Buzău producers, soups, seasonal mains, and dessert — one menu, chosen from our seasonal options at booking.

Team Building Activities
Every activity below can be added to either package. On-site activities run directly at the mansion; off-site experiences require transport (approx. 20–45 min, arrangements on request).
- Slow Food Cooking Workshop: Hands-on artisanal cooking with the chef — bread, pasta, or a traditional Buzău recipe. Max 20 persons.
- Slow Food Product Tasting: Guided tasting of Buzău artisanal products — Babic, Ghiudem, local cheeses, honey & more. With producer stories.
- Wine Tasting by Sommelier: Curated Dealu Mare wine tasting led by a certified sommelier. 5–7 selected wines — autochthone varieties, terroir stories.
- Pool & Garden Chill-Out: Wind down after the programme. Pool access, garden lounging, cold drinks and a snack table. May–September.
- UNESCO Geopark Discovery: Guided visit to the Buzău Land Geopark — mud volcanoes, amber sites, unique geological formations.
- Truffle Hunting: A forest walk with a trained dog and experienced truffle hunter. Autumn season, small groups.
Before you enquire — a few practical details
- AV equipment available: WiFi, projector & screen in both the mezzanine and the restaurant setup. No microphone or PA system for large-format presentations.
- No overnight accommodation for day events unless the full 3-apartment package is booked by the group.
- Set menus & buffet format. To ensure consistent quality and smooth service, we work with a curated set of seasonal options confirmed at booking. Dietary requirements and allergies are always accommodated.
- Outdoor programme is weather-dependent. Pool & garden access is May–September.
