Romania's first Interactive Food Hub was co-created with the farmers, artisanal producers, chefs, and tourism promoters of the Slow Food Community Buzău Land. It is about digital storytelling and full ingredient traceability.
Each meal, product, and ingredient reveals its story: the local producers behind it, traditional recipes, seasonal availability — a celebration of terroir and craft, rooted in heritage and open to food innovation.
