Farm-to-table is more than a dining concept—it’s a philosophy that celebrates transparency, sustainability, and authentic flavors. At its heart, farm-to-table means sourcing ingredients directly from local farms and producers, ensuring the shortest possible journey from soil to plate.

This approach supports local agriculture, reduces environmental impact, and guarantees the freshest, most flavorful ingredients. Every meal becomes a connection to the land, the seasons, and the dedicated farmers who nurture our food with care and tradition.

When you choose farm-to-table, you’re not just having a meal—you’re participating in a sustainable food system that values quality over quantity, heritage over mass production, and community over convenience.

We’ve reimagined farm-to-table with digital storytelling and full ingredient traceability. This isn’t fine dining—it’s honest, compact, seasonal food shaped by Buzău’s soil: oven-baked bread, soups, house ferments, artisanal cheese and charcuterie, locally sourced meats, veg/vegan plates, and desserts of the day. We preserve local traditions and classic recipes, while reinterpreting them with innovative products from Buzău ingredients and a light international, fusion-inspired twist.

The large majority of our ingredients come from our own production and a trusted network of 30 farmers and artisanal makers from the Slow Food Buzău community or nearby Slow Food communities. We are working with the local community to increase the percentage of locally sourced ingredients every year.

1) Weekend Farm-to-Table Lunch

(Open to Public – Reservation Only)

Join us on weekends/public holidays (11.00-18.00) for a curated farm-to-table lunch. We’re a small place, so advance reservations and an advance payment of 50 RON/pp. are required.

You will pay the rest directly at our place, based on your selection. We publish the weekly menu here a few days before the weekend.

Please note that we are not a classical restaurant. Our small weekly menu features oven-baked bread, soups, house ferments, artisanal cheeses and charcuterie, artisanal pasta, locally sourced meats, vegetarian options and daily dessert selections- with the majority of ingredients from the local Slow Food community and own production.

We prepare everything fresh, so come without hurry.
