Our Artisanal Philosophy
“Rafinețuri” represents our commitment to preserving Romanian culinary traditions while embracing innovation. Every jar tells a story of the orchards and forests surrounding Conacul Grigorescu in the UNESCO Global Geopark Buzău Land.
We produce handcrafted fruit jams and vegetable preserves using natural fruits and vegetables from our own production or the surrounding orchards and forests. Our products are crafted according to innovative, reinvented traditional recipes that honor the past while celebrating contemporary flavors.
