We have created this small delicatessen shop in the same spirit as the whole location. Under the brand name “Rafinețuri” we offer handcrafted fruit jams and vegetable preservatives according to innovative, reinvented traditional recipes, from organic fruits and vegetables. Furthermore, you find high-quality product from the Slow Food Community Buzău. We place great value on the local artisans and producers with whom we collaborate and whose products we promote and present in our shop.
Whether you are a guest on our estate or a tourist passing through, we look forward to welcoming you to our shop and introducing you to our location and our Slow Food concept. Our shop offer:
- Fine food preserves (fruits & vegetables) from own production
- Premium products from local producers (Honey, jams, cheese etc.)
- Selection of premium wines from Dealu Mare wine region, especially bio wines
- Souvenirs from Buzau county and Romania
- Craft beer, mead
