Our philosophy is based on the slow food concept with fresh, regional and high-quality products. That´s why we only work with selected local farmers, small producers and wine producers of Buzau. The majority of fruits and vegetables we use come from our own garden and orchards – everything is grown organically. Herbs, truffles, mushrooms and forest fruits we find directly behind our house in the Carpathian forest. For private groups we organise special thematic weekends (min 3 rooms. 6 adults):
Programme example – Vegetarian Weekend
- Friday Evening: Dealu Mare Wine Tasting (5 varieties) with sommelier & Vegetarian Mezze at the Pool Bar of Conacul Grigorescu (if weather permits)
- Saturday: Autumn vegetable laboratory (culinary workshop and tasting)
- Saturday Evening: 3-Course Vegetarian Dinner
- Sunday 10.00: Slow Food Brunch with regional produce of Buzau at Conacul Grigorescu
