Origin of Our Milk
Local Farm Partnership
We source fresh goat milk from a trusted family farm located near the Mud Volcanoes of Buzău, a unique geological formation within the UNESCO Global Geopark Buzău Land.
The goats graze on natural pastures rich with wild herbs and grasses, which impart distinctive flavors to the milk and, ultimately, to our cheese.
