Cold-smoked & air-dried
3-4 weeks
Traditional Romanian smoked sausage made with pork, garlic, and spices. Slowly cured and smoked using beechwood for authentic flavor.
Ghidem
Naturally cured & smoked
2-3 weeks
A rustic Romanian sausage featuring a coarser grind with black pepper and paprika. Perfect for grilling or serving cold.
Romanian Lard (Slănină)
Salt-cured & aged
4-6 weeks
