Private culinary experience
Cook with Juranda
A Savoare la Conac experience
Enjoyed what you saw on the show? Now you can step into the kitchen and cook alongside Juranda.
„Cook with Juranda” is not a classic class with rigid demonstrations and recipes followed mechanically. It is a relaxed experience built around local ingredients, inspiration, conversation and the joy of preparing and enjoying a meal together.
- Private groups of 4–12 people

More than a cooking class
A recipe begins with a story
In the Manor’s kitchen, a recipe does not start with a list of ingredients. It starts with a season, a producer, a memory or a story discovered in a village in Buzău.
Juranda invites you to cook together a menu inspired by the Slow Food philosophy: ingredients from the region, recipes with local roots and an international touch — just as you discovered them in „Savoare la Conac”.
How much experience you have in the kitchen does not matter. What matters is curiosity, tasting, and enjoying the time spent together.
How it works
How the experience unfolds
Welcome to the Manor
We begin with a glass of Dealu Mare wine, mead or an artisanal juice, and a short introduction to the menu and the ingredients we will be using.
Discovering the ingredients
We talk about the produce, the people who make it, and how a local ingredient can become the starting point for a contemporary dish.
Cooking together
Everyone gets involved. We chop, knead, season, taste and adjust the dishes as we go. Juranda explains the techniques, and the logic behind the flavour combinations.
Sitting down to eat
In the end, the dishes become the group’s lunch or dinner. We set the table, open the wine and enjoy together what we have cooked.
Recommended duration: about 4 hours
