Strawberries, the fruit of spring and of childhood… a glimpse of grandparents stories and the taste of bread baked in a wood-fired oven, spread with butter and strawberry jam. We wanted to recreate that memory by reinventing the old recipes.

Ingredients: strawberries, sugar, ginger, mint, lemon, cloves, juniper.
Content: 106 ml.

Serving suggestions: strawberry and ginger jam works as a sweet dressing over a lemon-and-yoghurt tart, with homemade savarins or eclairs, in cake creams, or in summer salads with seasonal vegetables and fruit.
