Apricots, sour cherries and elderberries from our own orchard and our neighbours’, cooked at the manor within days of picking. Old Buzău recipes, bent a little — rosemary with apricot, tonka with sour cherry, Fetească Neagră with elderberry. Small batches, made when the fruit says so rather than when the order comes in.
