The courtyard of the manor is shaded by wonderful elder trees that delight all our senses not only once but twice a year, first with its elder flowers and then with its fruits. We have combined its taste with the Romanian wine variety Fetească Neagră (black maiden) from the Dealu Mare region. It is the sweetness that has become the emblem of our products, a little secret revealed from the first spoonful tasted.
